According to the Notice of VNA Joint Venture Auction Company, on June 17, an auction of assets will be organized at the request of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Department of Finance.
The auctioned assets include 1,100 tons of soil and rocks being soaked and incubated at incubation area K15, Ban Tac village, Ngan Son commune, Thai Nguyen province.
The assets include 8 sacks containing black granules symbolized from 1 to 8 with a total weight of 167kg; 2 sacks containing black granules symbolized from 28 to 29 with a total weight of 47 kg and 2 water pumps.
According to the announced status, 1,100 tons of soil and rock have iron content of 36.368%, gold 1.68g/ton and silver 35g/ton.
For 8 sacks containing black granules with a total weight of 167 kg, the gold content was determined to be 891.33g/ton, and the silver content was 1,586.6g/ton.
The remaining two sacks containing black granules have a total weight of 47kg, a gold content of 1,156g/ton and a silver content of 2,120g/ton.
In addition, the auctioned assets also include 2 used water pumps, with rusty exteriors.
The starting price of all assets is 2.65 billion VND. This price does not include value-added tax, expropriation costs, asset relocation and costs related to the transfer of asset ownership as prescribed.
The auction winner is responsible for paying the costs for the auctioned assets according to regulations, and at the same time transporting the assets out of the current storage place, ensuring environmental regulations and other conditions according to the provisions of law.
The deposit to participate in the auction is 500 million VND. The selling price of auction participation documents is 200,000 VND/dossier.
The time to sell dossiers and receive dossiers for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on June 9th to 5:00 PM on June 15th at the headquarters of VNA Joint Venture Auction Company in Hanoi and Bac Thai Branch in Thai Nguyen province.
Auction participants can watch the assets directly from June 10 to June 12 at Ban Tac village, Ngan Son commune, Thai Nguyen province and the Property Warehouse of Thai Nguyen Department of Finance.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction, the bidding method is raised. The price step is regulated at 10 million VND.
According to the plan, the auction will take place at 10:00 AM on June 17 at the headquarters of VNA Joint Venture Auction Company - Bac Thai Branch, address No. 35, Group 4, Linh Son Ward, Thai Nguyen Province.
