Internal money transfer: before 6:15 p.m.
Interbank electronic transfer under 500 million: before 16:30; over 500 million: before 17:15.
Transfer to another bank: 30 minutes before local SBV time.
Transfer to a bank with an account at VCB: before 6:15 p.m.
Transfer money to the State Treasury: before 16:00.
From April 30 to May 4, 2025: Vietcombank suspends transactions (at the counter).
From 5.5.2025: normal operations return.
Internal money transfer transactions and interbank express money transfers via electronic channels are still carried out 24/7, except for transactions transferred to the State Treasury.
Vietcombank recommends that customers proactively transact early to avoid affecting personal financial plans during long holidays.

VPBank's cut-off time is announced as follows:
Interbank transfer usually: stop receiving from 16:00 on April 29.
Transactions after this time will be processed on May 5.
24/7 operation service: Quick 24/7 transfer and internal transfer via electronic banking channel still work normally.
BIDV, VietinBank, Agribank, MB, Techcombank
Currently, these banks have not announced specific cut-off times for money transfer transactions during the holiday. However, according to practice, money transfer transactions will usually be processed until April 29 and temporarily suspended during the holiday.
24/7 operation services: Quick money transfer 24/7 and services via e-banking channels will continue to operate normally throughout the holiday.
Customers should make money transfers usually before 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 29 to ensure orders are processed promptly.
For transactions that are necessary during the holiday, you should use a 24/7 express money transfer service or through electronic banking channels to ensure transactions are made immediately.
If there is a need to withdraw cash, customers should do it before the holiday to avoid the situation of ATMs overloaded or running out of money.
