Notably, the tax sector is focusing on applying artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data analysis to tax compliance management and risk management. These steps have not only created maximum convenience for taxpayers, but also improved the efficiency of management, increased labor productivity and compensation for human resources that have been streamlined, demonstrating the determination towards a modern and highly efficient tax management model.

Regarding the implementation of policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers according to Decree 67/2025/ND-CP, immediately after the holiday, the tax authority will continue to review and resolve cases of people wishing to retire early or quit their jobs in accordance with regulations. At the same time, the Tax sector will enhance capacity, personalize the responsibilities of each civil servant, ensure that all tasks are completed with the highest results.
