School of Inspection Officers and iSEED Institute cooperate to improve management and leadership capacity for businesses.

On August 25, the School of Inspection Officials said that it had just signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute for Sustainable Education and Governance Development (iSEED) on August 24 to implement training and research programs to develop leadership and management capacity for business managers and important specialized fields such as: healthcare, education, finance, accounting, construction and services.

The event takes place in the context that the private economic sector is being identified as an important driving force for the country's economic growth. Along with the digital transformation and increasingly deep integration, the requirements for the current business leadership team are not only limited to professional capacity or operating experience but also include strategic thinking, innovation capacity, risk management and legal understanding.

In particular, the Government's promulgation of orientations to promote private economic development and standardize business leadership capacity has created an increasing demand for systematic and highly practical management training programs for CEOs, mid-level managers and small and medium-sized enterprise executives.

According to the cooperation content, the two units will coordinate to build training, research and knowledge transfer activities to improve management, leadership and operational capacity for management teams in the business sector as well as specialized industries.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Luong - Principal of the School of Inspection Officers said that the cooperation between the two sides is an opportunity to promote mutually supporting strengths.

With the Institute's philosophy of turning international academic standards into practical knowledge, the signing of cooperation will help effectively utilize the resources of the two units. That is the ability to transform advanced governance standards into applied models in Vietnam, combined with the University's strengths in law, risk management, compliance and professional ethics standards" - Mr. Nguyen Van Luong said.

Meanwhile, according to Dr. Nguyen Tung Lam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of iSEED Institute, developing a training ecosystem associated with the practical needs of businesses and the labor market is the direction that the Institute is pursuing.

On the basis of promoting the strengths in training and fostering in the field of law, risk management and compliance of the School of Inspection Officers, along with the experience of management training and expert connection of the iSEED Institute, cooperation programs between the two units aim to improve leadership capacity, operational capacity and legal awareness for management teams in many fields.

Through this cooperation agreement, the School of Inspection Officers and the iSEED Institute expect to contribute to strengthening the connection between training institutions, experts and the business community; thereby contributing to the process of developing high-quality leadership human resources, meeting the development requirements of the private economic sector and key industries in the new period.
