On the Public Assets page, Binh Dinh Partnership Auction Company announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for 19 residential land plots at Vinh Loi 2 residential point, An Luong commune, Gia Lai province.
The auctioned land plots belong to two areas including Vinh Loi 2 residential point, Northern area and Vinh Loi 2 residential point, Southern area. Details are as follows:
The auction will be held at 9:00 AM on July 30, 2026. The venue is at the An Luong Commune Party Committee Hall (former My Thanh Commune People's Committee), address: Xuan Binh Bac village, An Luong commune, Gia Lai province.
Time for selling and receiving bidding invitation documents at the headquarters of Binh Dinh Joint Venture Auction Company, No. 120 - Dien Hong, Quy Nhon Nam ward, Gia Lai province, from the date of posting the auction notice to 5:00 PM on July 24, 2026.
In addition, dossiers are sold and received at the An Luong Commune Party Committee Hall from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on July 27, 2026.
Customers participating in the auction submit registration documents including the auction participation registration form, deposit payment documents and money from selling the invitation to participate in the auction, a copy of the citizen identification card/electronic ID card on VNeID and the indirect bidding slip (round 1).
The dossiers are put into envelopes covered with security materials provided by the Company, pasted and signed the edges of the envelopes before being submitted to the registration box for auction.
The selling fee for invitations to participate in the auction for land plots with a starting price of less than 1 billion VND is 100,000 VND/dossier; for land plots with a starting price from 1 billion VND to less than 5 billion VND is 200,000 VND/dossier.
This amount has been added together with the deposit according to the price list of each land plot.
Deposit money and money from selling invitation documents to participate in the auction are paid separately for each land plot, not paid in bulk and with multiple documents for one land plot.
The asset viewing time is carried out continuously from the date of the auction announcement to 4:00 PM before the auction opening day, 2 working days.
The auction method is to bid up, individually auction each land plot. The auction form combines indirect voting auction with direct verbal auction at the auction session.
In the indirect voting round, auction participants must pay at least the starting price or higher than the starting price but must pay the round price step.
The winning bidder must pay 100% of the remaining winning bid amount after deducting the deposit and related financial obligations to the State Budget within 30 days from the date of issuance of the land use fee payment notice by the Tax authority.
In case the winning bidder does not pay the money or does not pay enough money within the prescribed time limit, the auction result will be cancelled, and the deposit will be contributed to the State budget according to regulations.
