Accordingly, Phu Luong Ward People's Committee fined business household Kieu Thi Quynh Nga (sidewalk address in front of 205 Pho Xom street, Phu Luong, Hanoi) 1.5 million VND for the act of not using gloves when directly contacting cooked food and instant food.
Phu Luong Ward People's Committee also fined business household Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa (address gate of College of Technical and Commercial Technology, Ministry of Industry and Trade, No. 126 Pho Xom, Phu Luong, Hanoi) 1.5 million VND for the act of not using gloves when directly contacting cooked food and instant food.
Also for the above-mentioned act, business household Mai Van Ninh (sidewalk address in front of No. 100 Pho Xom street, Phu Luong) was fined 1.5 million VND.
And business household Nguyen Thi Lung 84 (address No. 50 Pho Xom, residential group 3A, Phu Luong) was fined 25 million VND for the act of doing business in food services without a certificate of eligibility for food safety.
Meanwhile, Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee also issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Yen (Go Cao village, Xuan Mai commune, Hanoi city) for the act of doing business in food services without a certificate of eligibility for food safety. The penalty level is 25 million VND.
Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee requests Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Yen to strictly comply with this penalty decision. If Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Yen does not voluntarily comply after the deadline, she will be subject to enforcement according to the provisions of law.
Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee also fined 25 million VND to H&Y CO business household owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hai, for the act of doing business in food services without a certificate of eligibility for food safety. The fine is 25 million VND.
