The female worker who has been working in this profession for 16 years said that if she received 500,000 VND in cash, she probably would not buy anything because her work at the end of the year is quite busy. She said that if she held the above amount of money to buy directly, she would not be able to get 2 good quality products at the same price as when she went to the 2025 Trade Union Tet Market online.
“This year my family received Tet gifts early. These gifts are very useful in our daily life. With the non-stick pan, I will have better dishes for my family,” said the female worker.
Ms. Phuong’s colleague, Ms. To Thi Huyen, also successfully purchased household appliances from the 2025 Trade Union Tet Market program online. The team includes an officer of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, an officer of the provincial Federation of Labor, a grassroots union and a number of chairmen of grassroots unions with a large number of workers to deploy and send videos with specific instructions on purchasing steps to help union members and workers easily implement, as well as regularly grasp information and problems from union levels to promptly reflect and provide direct support; summarize cases of errors during the purchasing process to send to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for resolution, ensuring that 100% of union members and workers participate in successful purchasing.
“Up to this point, although there are no specific figures, but through understanding, the program has been running smoothly, about 90% of the workers who received vouchers have successfully purchased goods,” said Ms. Trinh Thi Huong. Many workers and union officials expressed their joy when receiving the goods. This is an early Tet gift with very practical meaning for workers in difficult circumstances at the end of the year.
