The quality of the teaching staff is improved
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Chairman of the Trade Union of Nguyen Hue Secondary School (Hai Chau District, Da Nang City), the emulation movement "Good teaching - Good learning" in the 2023-2024 school year at Nguyen Hue Secondary School has ended with many remarkable successes, creating a solid momentum for the 2024-2025 school year.
Of which, 162 good teaching periods have been organized in three periods, along with 16 district-level experience initiatives. The quality of the teaching staff has also been significantly improved with 55 teachers achieving the title of excellent teachers at school level and 10 excellent homeroom teachers at district level. In addition, the school's Trade Union has actively supported teachers to participate in competitions and professional contests, creating favorable conditions to update knowledge and improve their skills.
Not only stopping at the achievements, Nguyen Hue Secondary School Union has set out the direction of activities for the school year 2024-2025, focusing on further promoting the emulation movement "good teaching - good learning", focusing on applying information technology, transforming digital in education, and caring for material and spiritual life for officials, teachers and employees. With the careful preparation and determination, Nguyen Hue Secondary School confidently entered the new school year with the goal of continuing to improve the quality of education, worthy of the bright spot of Hai Chau District Education.
Not only that, Ms. Tran Nguyen Hien Giang, Chairman of the Trade Union of Trung Vuong Secondary School (Hai Chau District, Da Nang), is a typical example of innovation and creativity in trade union activities. Not only is she dedicated to teaching, she also contributes many practical initiatives to improve the quality of education and trade unions.
In the 2023-2024 school year, Ms. Tran Nguyen Hien Giang spent time researching, exploring and boldly proposing the initiative "Experience in forming a Trade Union Emulation Scoreboard for civil servants and employees at Trung Vuong Secondary School Trade Union".
According to Ms. Giang, the application of the new scoreboard has breathed new life into the school's emulation and reward activities, creating strong motivation for staff and teachers, promoting the competitive spirit, thereby comprehensively improving the quality of work.
Launching an emulation movement in 2025
In order to make a achievement to celebrate the XIV National Delegation of the Party and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, the Hai Chau District Labor Union launched the emulation movement in 2025 in the staff of the cadres. With the theme "Determined to innovate, actively creative, streamlining efficiency, improving labor productivity, working efficiency, saving, combating waste", the movement promises to create a strong motivation for the district's socio -economic development.
According to Mr. Lu Trong Phuong, Chairman of the Hai Chau District Labor Federation, the emulation movement in 2025 will be implemented in two phases. Round 1 (until June 3) is associated with major holidays and important celebrations; and round 2 will take place from July 1 to December 31. In which, the main focus is on completing tasks in 2025 and celebrating important events of the country.
Mr. Phuong said that the emulation content includes propaganda about the Party Congress and patriotic emulation; improving the quality of trade union activities, protecting workers' rights; innovating, creating, applying technology; improving professional capacity, encouraging initiatives; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology; promoting the movements of "Good workers", "Creative workers", ...
The participants are union officials at all levels and union members at units and enterprises. The requirement is to develop a specific plan, coordinate implementation, promptly reward and report the results to the District Labor Federation.
Through the emulation movement, Hai Chau District hopes to create an exciting and enthusiastic atmosphere, promote the excellent completion of tasks, and contribute to the success of the National Party Congress.
