On the morning of July 16, Gia Lai Provincial Labor Confederation organized the Program "Praise for excellent and typical Grassroots Trade Union Presidents in the whole province for the first time in 2024".
Attending the program were Deputy Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee Rah Lan Chung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Confederation Nguyen Hoang Phong and representatives of departments, branches, branches and political organizations - society in the province.
At the program, the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Confederation commended and rewarded 78 typical and outstanding Grassroots Trade Union Presidents, representing 1,673 Grassroots Trade Union Presidents throughout the province.
Honoring exemplary examples this time aims to promptly encourage and spread the achievements of trade union officials in the period 2018 - 2023.
78 Grassroots Trade Union Presidents deserve to be leaders in work, production and business activities with a high sense of responsibility, creativity, and innovation in union activities at the grassroots.
Besides, typical examples also show the will to rise up, the willingness to sacrifice personal interests for the benefit of the collective, and always focus on union members and workers.
The commendation program is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).
The Gia Lai Provincial Labor Confederation expects the 78 grassroots trade union leaders to continue to spread the spirit of responsibility, leading the worker movement and union organization to develop in the coming time.
