One of the outstanding activities is that the District Labor Federation coordinated with the District Culture and Sports Center to successfully organize the 2024 Hai Chau District Sports Festival for Workers, Officials, and Labor, attracting nearly 700 athletes from all over the world. 37 grassroots trade unions of wards, administrative units and affiliated enterprises.
The District Labor Confederation coordinated with the City Confederation of Labor's Law Enforcement and Labor Relations Committee to survey and support phase 1 for 4 cases of house construction and repair with a total cost of 140 million VND.
The District Labor Federation advises the District Party Committee leaders to visit, encourage and give support to workers at 4 enterprises, with a total budget during Workers' Month to support 200 cases of union members and workers. in enterprises with difficult circumstances with a total budget of 100 million VND.
Mobilizing nearly 100 trade union members to participate in blood donation phase 2, 2024 organized by the District People's Committee. The result of donating 50 units of blood, the total of 2 batches was 135 units of blood, exceeding the district's target (120 units of blood).
Previously, at the launching ceremony of the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Hygiene - Workers' Month 2024 in Hai Chau district, the district Labor Federation awarded the General Confederation of Merit to 2 collectives who completed their work. Successfully accomplish trade union work tasks in 2023.
There are 4 groups and 5 individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of Hai Chau District People's Committee for well implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Action Month in 2023.
The District Confederation of Labor awarded support to 30 union members in difficult circumstances of 500,000 VND each; After the launching ceremony, union officials participated in cycling in response.
Established 9 new grassroots unions
