On September 8, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that Emulation Group No. 7 has just signed a union member welfare program with U&ME Tourism and Communication Services Co., Ltd., a business operating in the tourism sector at Bau Trang Tourist Area.
According to the agreement, union members and employees of units in the Cluster when coming to Bau Trang and using U&ME services will receive a 50% discount on service prices, not applicable to accommodation and catering services.
The program is implemented from the fourth quarter of 2026 to the end of December 2027, applied to services such as ATV off-road vehicles, off-road cars, camel riding, ostrich riding and some other travel experiences. Specifically, off-road car services are priced at 800,000 VND/trip, carrying up to 8 passengers. According to the welfare program, union members only have to pay 400,000 VND/trip. Union members and employees who need to use the service can register directly with U&ME at Bau Trang or through the focal point of Emulation Cluster No. 7.
Emulation cluster No. 7 currently has 74 grassroots trade unions under the management of 4 commune and ward trade unions Mui Ne, Lien Huong, Bac Binh and Vinh Hao. The cluster leader is the grassroots trade union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise, the deputy cluster leader is the grassroots trade union of the Management Board of Bau Trang tourist spot.
The signing of the welfare program helps union members and workers have more opportunities to play and experience tourism services at Bau Trang at a lower cost, thereby creating conditions for workers to have more choices when traveling and resting with their families.
In addition to caring for essential rights, the Trade Union organization is expanding welfare programs to improve spiritual life, contributing to increasing the connection of union members and workers with the Trade Union organization.
