On January 31, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation organized the program "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" 2026 for union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at grassroots trade unions in Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park.
The activity took place in a warm, sharing atmosphere, showing the concern of the trade union organization for workers during the Lunar New Year.

At the program, 236 Tet gifts from the trade union were handed directly to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Each gift is 500,000 VND in cash, contributing to helping workers have more conditions to cover living expenses and prepare for Tet for their families in a context where life is still difficult.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that "Tet Sum vay" is an annual activity held before the Lunar New Year.
The program aims to care for and promptly support union members and workers in difficult circumstances, so that no one is left behind during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation.

According to Mr. Ho Cong Duong, although the gifts are not of great material value, they contain the feelings, responsibility and sharing of the trade union organization with union members.
Thereby, encouraging workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to businesses and trade union organizations.

As one of the union members who received Tet gifts, Ms. Thong Thi Thuy Trinh - a union member of the grassroots trade union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd. shared that her monthly salary income is just enough to cover living expenses. Currently, she is raising her sick elderly mother, taking care of her mentally ill younger sibling and raising young children, so living expenses are always in a state of shortage.
In the days leading up to Tet, everyone is worried about everything. Receiving gifts from the union, I am very touched because this is practical support, helping my family alleviate difficulties as Tet is approaching," Ms. Trinh said.
Not only stopping at giving Tet gifts, at this time, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union and grassroots trade unions in Ham Kiem Industrial Park have implemented many activities to care for the lives of union members and workers.
In which, the highlight is the organization of welfare programs, year-end parties and lucky draws for workers to improve spiritual life.

The program "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" not only brings joy and warmth to union members and workers in difficult circumstances but also affirms the role and responsibility of the trade union organization in accompanying and caring for the lives of workers.
Thereby, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, so that each worker has a full and meaningful Tet.
