On June 30, information from the Sa Pa Ward Trade Union said that many grassroots trade unions in the area have just coordinated with businesses to organize periodic health check-ups for union members and workers, showing practical concern for the labor force in the tourism and service sectors.
In which, the grassroots Trade Union of Amazing Sa Pa Hotel coordinated with the Hotel Board of Directors to organize periodic health check-ups for all union members and employees.
The activity helps workers monitor their health status, detect early disease risks to have timely treatment and care measures, and at the same time create conditions for workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to the business for a long time.
Along with that, KK Sa Pa Hotel also organizes periodic health check-ups for all union members and employees at General Hospital No. 4 of Lao Cai province.

During the examination, union members and workers are examined by doctors and nurses, consulted on nutrition, living, and guided on health care suitable to the specific nature of their work in the fields of services and tourism.
According to the Sa Pa Ward Trade Union, maintaining periodic health check-ups not only contributes to protecting the legitimate rights of workers but also helps businesses build healthy human resources, improve service quality and aim for sustainable development.
