Responding to the activities commemorating the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), Bao Thang Commune Trade Union has actively implemented many propaganda activities, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere among officials and union members.
In which, the unit promotes propaganda and mobilization of union members to participate in the online contest "Understanding the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031; Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030" organized by the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation.
At the end of the contest, Bao Thang Commune Trade Union was honored to be awarded the First Collective Prize by the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, recognizing outstanding results in propaganda, dissemination and implementation of resolutions among officials and union members.
The contest is organized for 2 weeks, from July 6 to the end of July 19, 2026 with the participation of 14 trade union focal points in the province.
This is a practical activity to innovate the form of propaganda and study of resolutions using digital platforms, contributing to raising political awareness, sense of responsibility and determination to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out by the resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels.
With the close direction of the Commune Trade Union Executive Committee, along with the positive response of union members, Bao Thang Commune Trade Union achieved a rate of 71% of union members registered to participate in the contest.
The above results are proof of the spirit of responsibility, proactively researching and studying resolutions of the team of officials and union members throughout the commune.
Not stopping at the First Prize, Bao Thang Commune Trade Union also has 2 second prizes individually, 1 third prize individually and 5 consolation prizes, thereby creating motivation for officials and union members to continue to emulate in studying and improving the quality of trade union activities.
On July 31, in an exchange with reporters, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Chairman of Bao Thang Commune Trade Union said that the results achieved are the result of the solidarity, responsibility and serious learning spirit of all officials and union members.
According to Mr. Binh, right from the time the contest was launched, the Commune Trade Union developed a deployment plan, promoted propaganda on internal information groups, regularly urged and guided union members to participate and updated results daily to create a lively emulation atmosphere throughout the unit.
The first prize at the provincial level is an honor, and also a motivation for Bao Thang Commune Trade Union to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote the application of digital technology in propaganda work, and make studying and thoroughly grasping resolutions a regular task for each official and union member.
We will continue to promote the achieved results, build a stronger and stronger Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period," Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh emphasized.
The achievements of Bao Thang Commune Trade Union not only affirm the effectiveness of propaganda and dissemination of resolutions but also contribute to spreading the spirit of learning, innovation and creativity among cadres and union members.
Thereby, gradually bringing the resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels into practice, contributing to building the Trade Union organization to develop more and more, performing well the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
