The employment situation of union members and workers is generally stable, the average income of workers reaches 6.2 million VND. The number of workers with signed labor contracts reached 92%.
In the first 6 months of the year, the unit supported 2,350 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of over 967.7 million VND.
