On January 31, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots Trade Union of Quang Binh Urban Environment and Development Joint Stock Company organized a 2026 employee conference.
At the conference, delegates listened to and discussed the report on production and business results in 2025, production and business plan for 2026; summarized trade union activities in 2025, and key tasks for 2026.
The conference also focused on evaluating the implementation of labor contracts, collective labor agreements; internal regulations, rules, commitments, and agreements at the workplace; regimes and policies for employees.
At the same time, delegates gave opinions on the results of implementing grassroots democracy regulations, dialogue work at the workplace in 2025; summarizing the emulation movement in 2025 and launching the emulation movement in 2026.
Representatives of the Board of Directors and the Company's leadership directly answered and satisfactorily answered many opinions and recommendations of employees. Regarding some contents that cannot be resolved immediately, the Company's leadership acknowledged and committed to continue to consider and handle them in the direction of ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.
On this occasion, the Company and the grassroots Trade Union organized commendations for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the labor production emulation movement and Trade Union activities in 2025, in order to encourage and motivate workers to continue to strive to complete their tasks well in 2026.
