Mobilize union members and civil servants to contribute to the Fund for the Poor in 2024 with an amount of over 415 million VND. Communist unions participate with the government in maintaining monthly non-salary benefits from welfare funds and savings of agencies and units; Maintain a rotating capital contribution team, etc.
