Faced with the reality of direct floods affecting a number of officers and employees in the Company as well as the people of some provinces, the Company's Trade Union has organized activities in the spirit of mutual love and support ' ''The healthy leaves cover the torn leaves ''.
In particular, the grassroots Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to launch a movement to join hands with all officers and employees of the Company to share difficulties with the families of officers and employees affected by storms and floods and school supplies for the Gia Sang Primary School (Thai Nguyen).
Accordingly, the Company and the Trade Union supported 85 cases of families of officers and workers whose houses were flooded and caused property damage at 1,000,000 VND/case; supported Gia Sang Primary School with 10 sets of computers, printers, 10 sets of desks and chairs and equipment for a computer classroom with a total amount of 170 million VND. The funding comes from contributions from the staff and employees in the entire Company along with support money from the Company and the Trade Union.
Also in October, the Company's Trade Union launched an emulation movement to improve quality during the two peak months of November and December 2025 in the spirit of "Quality is the Company's development - The trust of customers"
With this movement, trade union groups compete to improve the quality of activities to reduce errors; prevent errors at production stages; have improvements, initiatives, and creativity to improve quality.
