This is one of the meaningful activities to celebrate the success of the 18th Hanoi City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The emulation movement has been concretized by the Cua Nam Ward Trade Union coordinating with the Youth Union and the Ward Women's Union to organize the 2025 Winter Volunteer Program in Hiep Luc commune (Thai Nguyen province). The program is implemented at 2 locations, Khuoi Luong Primary School and Thuan Mang Primary School, with 315 Mong and Tay ethnic students studying daily despite many difficult conditions.
With the spirit of sharing and community responsibility, the Ward Trade Union - Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union - Ward Women's Union visited and presented many practical gifts and organized volunteer medical examinations and free medicines for students and local people.
At 2 school sites, the Delegation presented 315 cans of school milk, 315 cotton blankets and winter coats, 630 pairs of warm socks; school supplies including ruler, pencil, notebooks; presented 10 gifts worth 2 million VND and 10 bicycles to 10 disadvantaged children at Thuan Mang Elementary School, and 1 medicine cabinet donated to Khuoi Luong Elementary School.
The program also includes general health check-ups and specialized examinations of ears - nose - throat, eyes, contributing to health care, spiritual encouragement, helping students soon stabilize their lives and feel secure in studying after natural disasters...
According to Ms. Tran Kim Huyen - Chairwoman of Cua Nam Ward Trade Union, these gifts are the hearts of all union members of Cua Nam Ward Trade Union, KIOTVIET Joint Stock Company Trade Union, Vietnam - Cuba Hospital Trade Union sent to the people of Hiep Luc commune. This is also an activity that Cua Nam Ward Trade Union implements to celebrate the Hanoi City Trade Union Congress, affirming the strength and cohesion of the Trade Union organization in the new era.
