After more than a decade of formation and development, this tournament is considered the most prestigious playground for Thanh people in the South. With the spirit of "Sharing passion, sharing identity", the tournament is a practical playground, connecting fellow countrymen.
This year's tournament takes place from November 24 to December 29, 2024 at PM Sport Stadium (104 Tan Son, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City). 16 teams will participate: Thanh Hoa City, Nghi Son FC, Trieu Son FC, Vinh Loc FC, Nong Cong FC, Sam Son FC, Nga Son FC, Ha Trung FC, Quang Xuong FC, Cam Thuy FC, Yen Dinh FC, Ba Thuoc FC, Tho Xuan FC, Nhu Thanh FC, Nhu Xuan FC and defending champion Hau Loc FC.
The tournament will be played on a 7-a-side field, following the regulations of the Vietnam Football Federation. The new feature of this tournament is that there will be a Thanh Hoa Southern Veterans Tournament. In addition to the 16 teams participating in THF-11, there will be 8 more veteran teams (including players born in 1986 or earlier who will compete in the veteran tournament). There will be no third-place match in both tournaments. Instead, the 2 finals will take place on December 29, 2024.
