The turning point of the match came from a corner kick when player Ta Pha Nghia Ky accidentally sent the ball into his own net, helping CTG Binh Dinh take the lead. Not accepting to be behind, Ta Pha Nghia Ky raised his formation to find an equalizer. When the total error of the two teams was 5-5, an unnecessary foul caused CTG Binh Dinh to suffer a penalty of 1v1. Vu "Messi" took advantage of the opportunity to score the equalizer 1-1 for Ta Pha Nghia Ky.

It was thought that the equalizer would help the match become more balanced, but the second half witnessed an outstanding performance by CTG Binh Dinh. Under the direction of coach Louis Nguyen, the team from the land of Vo controlled the game and scored 3 more goals thanks to Hung "Futsal", Vu Toan and Thanh Chung, thereby sealing a 4-1 victory.
