According to information from the organizers, this year's tournament has 6 participating teams including FC Quang cao Tran Gia, FC Bai Bien, FC Group, FC Trung Phong Mang Yang, FC Anh Hai and FC Ngoc Nghia. These are all amateur teams with good professional quality from Quy Nhon and Gia Lai regions.
The teams are divided into 2 groups, playing in a single round-robin format to select the top 2 teams in each group for the semi-finals. According to the draw results, Group A includes FC Trung Phong Mang Yang, FC Ngoc Nghia and FC Anh Hai. Group B has the participation of FC Quang cao Tran Gia, FC Group and FC Bai Bien.

Notably, in order to improve the professional quality and attractiveness of the tournament, many teams have strengthened their forces with experienced amateur players who have played in major amateur playgrounds such as SPL, HPL and VCS.
A new point of this year's tournament is that the organizers allow teams to add up to 3 players after the semi-finals. This regulation is expected to help increase competitiveness in the decisive stage, while creating more opportunities to adjust forces for teams aiming for the championship goal.
Mr. Nguyen Chi Tuyen - Head of the Organizing Committee - said that this is the first time the tournament has been held in Quy Nhon, with the goal of building a quality playground for amateur football teams in Gia Lai province and neighboring areas. In addition, all matches are expected to be broadcast live, with commentators participating to increase attractiveness and audience reach.

The tournament is organized by TQB Sport & Entertainment in coordination with HLC Media, with the companionship of sponsors such as Binh Dinh Real Estate, Kamito and Iwin. The total prize value reaches 30 million VND, of which the champion team receives the cup, certificate of merit and 10 million VND; the second-placed team receives 5 million VND; the third-placed team receives 3 million VND. Individual titles include Top scorer, best player and best goalkeeper, each prize worth 1 million VND.
According to the plan, the tournament will take place from April 18 to April 26 in Quy Nhon ward, promising to create more highlights for the regional football movement in the coming time.
