According to the regulations of the organizers, athletes must reach a minimum floor score of 1,360 points through qualifying tournaments in 2025 to be eligible to participate in the decisive round.

The tournament has a total prize value of more than 400 million VND, professionally managed by General Referee Nguyen Quang Kieu Khuyen. Refereeing and officiating work are deployed synchronously to ensure fairness, safety and compliance with competition rules.
