The tournament takes place from June 4 to 7, co-organized by FPT Play and America & Asia Link Co., Ltd. (AAC).
The tournament has the participation of many outstanding domestic and international players such as Ly Hoang Nam, Quang Duong, Trinh Linh Giang, Sophia Phuong Anh, Phuc Huynh, Do Minh Quan and foreign athletes such as Kaitlynn Hart (USA), Roos Van Reek (Netherlands), Nicole Shoeman (Australia), Vivian Glozman (USA) and Harsh Mehta (India).

Viewers can watch live at the stadium. Matches in the Open category taking place on the 6th and 7th of June will sell tickets to viewers.
The tournament has a total prize value of up to 3 billion VND, belonging to the group of pickleball tournaments with high prize levels in Vietnam today. The tournament also applies a synchronous technology operating system in registration, draw, direct score updates and professional management through the Sporttora platform.
Notably, this is one of the tournaments in Vietnam that applies the Rally Point format, scoring points in every ball phase to increase the speed and competitiveness of the match.
In the Open category, the matches take place in a knockout format. From the semi-finals, athletes compete in 3 sets to reach 15 points, winning by a 2-point difference. The final match plays 3 sets to reach 21 points. Meanwhile, the Intermediate and Advanced categories compete in a round-robin format in the group stage with 1 set reaching 15 points, then enter the knockout round with 1 set reaching 21 points. The final match takes place in a 3 sets to reach 15 points format.

Ms. To Nam Phuong - Deputy General Director of FPT Play said that pickleball is one of the sports contents that the unit has invested in developing recently. Co-organizing this tournament is a step to promote the strategy of professional pickleball development in Vietnam.
Athlete Ly Hoang Nam assessed that organizing an international tournament in Vietnam will create more opportunities for players to rub shoulders, and at the same time contribute to promoting the pickleball movement in the country.
The Michelob ULTRA Pickleball Tournament - Asian Open 2026 aims to connect the domestic and international pickleball community, while promoting the image of Vietnamese sports and tourism through large-scale competition events.
