Beach wrestling has begun to be included in many official Asian and world sports festivals. Last year, beach wrestling was present at the 2025 Asian Youth Games. This year, beach wrestling will be in the competition program of the 2026 Asian Beach Games and the 2026 Youth Olympics.
The Vietnamese wrestling team is organizing a sandy beach that meets the standards for beach wrestling expertise for national team players to train during this time.
Before the tournament starts, the supervision department of the Vietnamese Lute Federation and the World Lute Federation will come to Da Nang to inspect the facilities serving the competition.
