THF-11 is a gathering place for football teams from districts, towns and cities under Thanh Hoa province. This is a practical and useful playground, a place to connect the hometown love of Thanh Hoa people far away from home.
The tournament has 16 participating teams divided into four groups, competing in a 7-a-side format (applied according to the regulations of the Vietnam Football Federation - VFF). In which, group C is considered the "death group" with the defending champions Hau Loc FC, Quang Xuong FC, Tho Xuan FC and Nong Cong.
The new feature of this year's tournament is the accompanying tournament called the 2024 Accompanying Veterans Tournament with the participation of 8 teams, with players born in 1986 or earlier.
In the tournament for veteran teams, it is worth noting that the Thanh Hoa City veteran team has notable names such as former players Le Sy Manh, Cuong "kaka", Dang Hoang Duong, former midfielder Nguyen Duc Sang (Hanoi ACB), in the role of head coach. With this quality-rated lineup, the Thanh Hoa City veteran team easily won 4-2 against Thieu Hoa in the opening match.

Regarding the prize structure, the champion team receives a gold medal, cup and 40 million VND, the second place team receives a silver medal and 20 million VND; the third place team receives a bronze medal and 10 million VND. The referee team and the excellent fan club receive 2 million VND. The individual prizes for the best player, top scorer, and player with the most goals are worth 3 million VND.
