The program has the participation of many domestic and international experts and lecturers. Accompanying units include the International Financial Center in Da Nang, Quest Ventures Investment Fund, Republic Polytechnic School, Swinburne Vietnam Danang School, oBacker Joint Stock Company and Superteam Vietnam.

The topics are designed to be close to reality. Students are updated on policies and laws on innovative startups. At the same time, they access a general overview of the city's startup ecosystem and legal issues for startups.
