Hong Da Secondary School is located in the area along the Hong Da intersection, where the Red River and Da River converge. Hong Da is the old commune name belonging to Tam Nong district, then merged into Dan Quyen commune and now Tam Nong commune, Phu Tho province.
The project to build and renovate Hong Da Secondary School, Tam Nong commune was approved by the Commune People's Committee according to Decision No. 983/QD-UBND dated December 11, 2025, with a total investment of 36 billion VND.
According to Lao Dong's source, recently Tam Nong Commune People's Committee has approved the contractor selection results for Package No. 05: Construction of the project.
Package No. 05 was widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 26.7 billion VND from the State budget and other legally mobilized capital sources.
According to the approval decision, the joint venture of Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 368 (representative of the joint venture) and Van Thang Construction Co., Ltd. - won Package No. 05 with a price of more than 26.3 billion VND.
Thus, the joint venture of 2 contractors will construct and renovate Hong Da Secondary School on a land area of 5,650m2, located in zone 14, Dan Quyen commune, Tam Nong district previously.
According to the bidding documents, the project has main items such as: Administration building, subject classroom building, multi-purpose building and auxiliary items: Gate, fence, campus, parking garage...
The administrative building and subject classroom building will be newly built, both 3 stories high; using the method of reinforced concrete pile foundation; the main load-bearing structure of the project is the frame system and floor of reinforced concrete poured over the entire block.
For the multi-purpose building item, it is built with 1 floor, main hall, competition area, stage area and 2 functional rooms; using reinforced concrete pile foundation solution; the main load-bearing structure is a system of reinforced concrete columns poured over the entire block.
All newly built works mentioned above are invested in electrical systems, lighting, lightning protection, fire prevention and fighting, and synchronous water supply and drainage according to usage requirements.
Package No. 05 has a contract implementation time of 540 days (from the date the contract between the investor and the contractor takes effect).
The project is invested with the goal of building, renovating, and upgrading facilities and teaching equipment to meet the criteria for building national standard school level 2; contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education, ensuring a safe, friendly and modern learning environment for students and teachers.
