The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just requested relevant departments, branches and localities to strengthen direction and coordination in organizing high school graduation exams and university admissions and vocational education in 2025.
Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training is assigned to preside over and closely coordinate with relevant agencies to prepare well the conditions for organizing the exam, ensuring safety, seriousness, objectivity, and correct assessment of educational quality, creating maximum convenience for teachers and students. The Department needs to seriously implement the teaching, review, testing and evaluation plan for students in accordance with the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program.
At the same time, develop plans and fully prepare human resources and facilities, proactively handle arising situations. Full training for those participating in organizing the exam and enhancing communication before, during and after the exam is also emphasized to create consensus in society.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province requires strict disciplinary action against schools; organize inspections and checks of teaching and testing activities in accordance with regulations, avoid overlap and reduce pressure on schools but still ensure seriousness and fairness. Forces performing tasks in the exam must perform their functions and authority according to the management hierarchy.
The Department of Information and Communications is assigned to ensure information technology infrastructure and post office to serve the exam; at the same time, coordinate to promote timely and accurate propaganda about the exam and enrollment work. The Department of Health presides over the implementation of epidemic prevention and control, ensuring hygiene, food safety and necessary medical conditions for students, teachers and forces on duty.
The Provincial Police ensure security and safety for the exam; propagate and train on high-tech fraud prevention, strictly handle violations of the law.
The Provincial People's Committee also requires departments, branches, localities and units to actively coordinate with the Department of Education and Training throughout the preparation and organization of the exam. In case of arising difficulties and problems, it is necessary to promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee for direction and resolution.
With the synchronous and proactive participation of all levels and sectors and a high sense of responsibility of the entire system, the high school graduation exam and the 2025 admission work in Hai Duong are expected to take place safely, seriously and effectively, creating the best conditions for students to promote their abilities, achieve good results, and be ready to enter the next stage of studying and starting a career.
