On March 19, Nghe An province will organize a simultaneous groundbreaking ceremony for 11 inter-level boarding schools in border communes.

This is the next phase of the investment program to build a system of inter-level boarding schools in the border area. The projects are being implemented in 11 communes, contributing to completing the education network, creating conditions for ethnic minority students to study and live stably.

The groundbreaking ceremony is organized in a direct and online form. The main bridge point is located in Thong Thu commune, connecting with the remaining bridge points in the province. Preparation work is being synchronously deployed by localities and related units, ensuring progress and set requirements.

According to the Nghe An Provincial Electronic Information Portal, the province has developed a detailed organization plan, assigning specific tasks to each unit. Plans on security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, health and communication are fully prepared, ensuring that the groundbreaking ceremony takes place safely and solemnly.

In parallel with that, propaganda work is promoted to raise people's awareness of the significance of the boarding school construction program in border communes. Localities also focus on reviewing the current situation, completing the site and necessary conditions to implement the project immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony.

Provincial leaders requested departments, branches, and localities to focus on directing and accelerating the construction progress, ensuring the completion of projects on schedule. At the same time, units need to proactively coordinate and promptly remove difficulties arising during the implementation process.

The construction of 11 inter-level boarding schools in border communes is identified as an important task, contributing to improving the quality of education, creating better learning conditions for students in difficult areas, and gradually narrowing the gap between regions.

The program also aims for a long-term goal of building a stable learning environment, helping students not only "have a place to study" but also "have a place to live", thereby contributing to the development of local human resources and ensuring social security in border areas.
