On March 9, the Youth Committee of Nghe An Provincial Police organized the Launching Ceremony of the 2026 Youth Month Peak Day in Nghe An Police Youth with the theme "Green Spring".
The program aims to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2026) and the 70th anniversary of the tradition of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Public Security.
Attending the launching ceremony were Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police; Mr. Ho Phuc Hai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Student Association of Nghe An province and a large number of union members and youth of the Police throughout the province.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Hong Quang requested union members and youth to continue to strengthen political and ideological education, foster revolutionary ideals and pride in the tradition of the People's Police force.
At the same time, it is necessary to strongly promote the movement "Youth Police, pioneering, creative, volunteering, making contributions for national security", promote community activities, contributing to consolidating the close relationship between the Police force and the people. Youth union members and youth are also required to be pioneers in digital transformation, application of science and technology and innovation in police work.
At the launching ceremony, leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police called on all officials, union members, and youth to promote the spirit of responsibility, intelligence, and aspiration to contribute of youth, to emulate and achieve many achievements in Youth Month 2026, contributing to successfully completing the assigned tasks.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, union members and youth of Nghe An Police deployed many meaningful activities such as: organizing voluntary blood donation, collecting 200 units of blood to supplement the province's blood reserve; propagating laws on traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, drowning prevention; giving gifts to poor students overcoming difficulties; giving 800 free meals to poor patients.
In addition, union members and youth also coordinate to organize environmental sanitation, build a green - clean - beautiful landscape, contributing to celebrating the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
