On December 23, Danang University held the Announcement Ceremony and awarded the Decision to recognize the Rector of the University of Foreign Languages - Danang University for the 2020-2025 term.
At the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - Director of Danang University presented the decision to recognize Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Long as the Rector of the University of Foreign Languages - Danang University, term 2020 - 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu suggested that the University of Foreign Languages must be extremely dynamic, creative, sharp in thinking, and decisive in action. At the same time, there must be breakthrough solutions to promote opportunities, advantages, overcome risks, and limitations to bring the University of Foreign Languages to a new level. It is worthy of being a trusted address in training foreign language bachelors and language experts in the Central Highlands and the whole country.
New Principal Nguyen Van Long also said: "In the context of globalization and the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, we are not only facing challenges but also holding valuable opportunities to enhance the position of the school. That is an opportunity to develop scale, open new training programs, training units suitable to the socio-economic needs in the new period. Especially, continuing to realize the mission of the School is to train and research languages, culture, human civilization...".
