Exciting 4th Promising Tour Guide Competition in Ho Chi Minh City

The prestigious Tour Guide contest aims to train skills and inspire students who love tourism.

The 4th Promising Tour Guide Competition in 2025 organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Student Culture House in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture aims to create a creative and inspiring academic playground for students who love tourism in the area.

At the same time, it is aimed at celebrating the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1990 - May 19, 2025) and the 114th anniversary of Uncle Ho's journey to find a way to save the country (June 5, 2011 - June 5, 2025).

This year's contest has been renewed with highly applicable content, focusing on developing students' professional skills, attracting the participation of more than 20 universities, colleges and secondary schools in Ho Chi Minh City.

After the preliminary round and semi-finals, 25 excellent contestants entered the first final round in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

In the first final round, contestants competed in 3 events: explaining & handling situations; showing talent; collective game.

At the end of the round, the 10 best candidates selected will enter the final round (taking place on 12.6 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture) through the knowledge, argument and destination explanation. Thereby will find the most promising faces of the future guide industry.
