Phu Tho - Discovering two young children walking on National Highway 70B, Cu Dong Commune Police quickly verified and took the children home safely.

On August 15, Phu Tho Provincial Police said that Cu Dong Commune Police had just promptly helped two children who ran away from home return to their families.

At about 9 pm on August 12, while patrolling to ensure security and order, the working group of Cu Dong Commune Police discovered two children walking on National Highway 70B, passing through Tien Thinh village.

Recognizing that the two children showed signs of anxiety and abnormality, the police force proactively approached to inquire and verify information.

Initially, the two children said that their parents had passed away and went from Thai Nguyen province to Cu Dong commune to find work, but could not provide a specific address.

Recognizing many unusual signs, commune police officers persistently encouraged and psychologically reassured the children to feel secure in cooperating.

After that, the two children said they were B.N. Q. (born 2012) and B.K. Đ. (born 2017), both residing in zone 17, Tu Vu commune, Phu Tho province.

According to the story, at noon on the same day, the two children took their grandmother's electric bicycle to play. After that, the children were reminded and reprimanded by their grandmother and grandmother.

Fearing being punished, the two children wrote letters and left home together.

As soon as initial information was determined, Cu Dong Commune Police urgently verified the identity. At about 10 pm on the same day, the unit contacted the families of the two children.

Upon receiving the news, relatives quickly came to the Cu Dong Commune Police headquarters to pick up the children. The family was moved and thanked the police force for promptly discovering, supporting and bringing the two children home safely.

After completing the necessary procedures, Cu Dong Commune Police handed over the two children to their families for continued care, management and education.

Through the incident, Cu Dong Commune Police recommends that families need to pay attention, listen and grasp the psychology of children, especially when they encounter problems or have abnormal manifestations.

Parents should choose appropriate education methods, limit scolding, threatening or creating pressure that causes children to have impulsive actions.

At the same time, families need to equip children with life skills, self-protection skills and awareness of law compliance, contributing to building a safe environment for children.
