Phu Tho - After discovering the subject's possession, Tram Than Commune Police quickly investigated and clarified the subject's illegal drug trafficking.

According to information from Phu Tho Provincial Police on August 7, during patrols, Tram Than Commune Police discovered a subject illegally possessing drugs, and quickly expanded the investigation to clarify the subject with illegal drug trading acts.

Details of the case, at about 10 pm on July 6, during patrols and inspections to ensure security and order in the Thai To village area, Tram Than commune, the task force of the Commune Police discovered a young man with suspicious signs related to drugs, so they conducted an administrative inspection according to regulations.

Through inspection, the subject was identified as B.T. T (born in 2000, residing in Thai To village), T voluntarily handed over a white nylon bag with buttons, inside containing a solid crystalline substance of pink color. The subject confessed that this was the amount of drugs kept for personal use.

Continuing the struggle and exploitation, T confessed to buying the above drugs from V.Q. H (born 2002, residing in Chan Mong commune, Phu Tho province) at about 9 pm on the same day.

Immediately after collecting information, Tram Than Commune Police quickly summoned V.Q. H to work.

At the police station, H admitted to selling the above-mentioned drugs to T. During the expanded investigation, H continued to confess that he had previously illegally sold drugs to T.M. Q (born 2001, residing in Chan Mong commune) many times.

To serve the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency (Provincial Police) requested the Criminal Technical Department to appraise the seized solids. The appraisal results determined that the samples were Methamphetamine and Amphetamine drugs.

Based on the collected documents and evidence, the Investigation Police Agency issued an Emergency Detention Order and an Emergency Detention Order for V.Q. H to investigate the act of illegal drug trading according to the provisions of law.

Currently, the case has been handed over to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department for further handling, investigation, and handling according to their authority.
