After 3 months of implementation, from November 2025 to now, the Youth Union of the Faculty of Economic Law in coordination with A&T Vietnam Technical Trade Investment Joint Stock Company, Student Party Cell No. 3 - Hanoi Law University and Starfish Vietnam have completed the mission of bringing the light of knowledge to the highlands. This is not just a charity activity, but an affirmation of community responsibility of young hearts towards this sunny and windy land.
Giving material resources – Solid support for dreams
The most proud milestone of the project is the Inauguration Ceremony of the construction of 2 new spacious classrooms. With a total value of more than 511 million VND, the project has officially gone into operation, helping students at Ta Tong Ethnic Minority Boarding Primary and Secondary School to escape the scene of cramped and old classrooms.
Besides the solid school roof, the project has brought practical resources to comprehensively improve learning and living conditions for students here: Awarding a scholarship fund worth 30 million VND, 6 televisions, a rice cooker system, high-voltage lamps and solar lights. In particular, the project also awarded 01 colorful mural, contributing to embellishing the pedagogical space to become more lively and inspiring creativity for students. At the same time, the "Source of Happiness" bookshelf along with a water purifier system and necessities were also handed over to the school, helping boarding students have a fuller and safer living environment.
Each bricks, each device given not only improves the quality of teaching but is also protection, helping the children's road to school to be less arduous...
Love connects through each action
Promoting the strengths of law students, the project has organized propaganda activities, disseminating laws that are close and lively, helping children to form awareness of self-protection from the smallest things. The atmosphere of the program became even more bustling through cheerful cultural performances and intellectual quizzes to receive attractive gifts. In particular, the moment people and children gathered around green dong leaves, meticulously wrapping each banh chung, brought the warmth of early Tet in the mountains and forests, where smiles and sharing have erased all boundaries.
Sharing about the program, Ms. Dam Thu Huyen - Deputy Head of the Program Organizing Committee said: "We want to bring legal knowledge to children not with dry concepts, but with closeness and cheerfulness so that they can easily receive and remember. For law students, each volunteer trip is also an opportunity to apply professional knowledge associated with social responsibility. The moment of wrapping banh chung with young children, laughing and talking together by the fire is truly a very special memory, adding motivation for us to continue meaningful journeys in the future.
Sowing seeds today, lighting up the future
The closing journey brings happiness to hundreds of students and the trust and love of teachers in the highlands of Ta Tong. From solid construction to colorful murals, the project has created a new and vibrant face for Ta Tong school. Although the project has temporarily stopped, the seeds of knowledge and technology sown down will surely rise strongly. The warmth from the consensus of the community and philanthropists will continue to ignite faith, adding strength for Ta Tong children to confidently continue their dream of escaping poverty with words.
