According to the plan, the Food Safety Steering Committee of Hai Duong province established 3 interdisciplinary inspection teams to conduct inspections in 12 districts, towns and cities. At the district and commune levels, interdisciplinary inspection teams of districts, towns, cities and communes, wards and towns will be established in accordance with the practical situation of the locality.
The Department of Health presides over and coordinates with the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and other departments, branches, sectors and organizations that are members of the Steering Committee for Food Safety of Hai Duong province to establish a provincial inspection team to organize inspections in districts, towns and cities.
Direct relevant agencies and units to proactively deploy preventive measures and organize handling and treatment of food poisoning cases, ensuring that no deaths due to food poisoning occur due to delays or lack of timely treatment.
Direct the Food Safety and Hygiene Department to regularly monitor and urge agencies, units and localities to seriously implement food safety and hygiene work in the assigned areas.
Departments, branches, sectors and organizations in the province actively carry out information, propaganda and dissemination activities on measures to ensure food safety and hygiene during the Lunar New Year and the Spring Festival season in 2025.
