The Investigation Police Agency has initiated a case and prosecuted the accused for investigation according to the law.
At 11:00 a.m. on December 24, at Anh Yen motel in Mieu Lang village, Dong Lac commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province, Tran Van Quan (born in 1999, residing in village 8, Thuan Minh commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province) was caught red-handed by the patrol team of Nam Sach district police while transporting 12.247 kg of explosive firecrackers and fireworks.
