On May 27, information from the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union said that the Anh Son Commune Youth Union had just organized the handover, inspection and actual evaluation of the "Reproductive Cow" model in Cao Veu 1, Cao Veu 2, Cao Veu 4, Bai Da and Bai Lim villages.
The activity is part of the series of programs "Giving livelihood models - supporting poor households to rise up" in 2026, jointly implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and socio-political organizations.
These are areas under the Anh Son Commune Youth Union's responsibility, accompanying and supporting households in difficult circumstances to implement livelihood models. The donation of breeding cows not only helps people have more conditions to develop animal husbandry, create a stable source of income, but also contributes to arousing the will to rise out of poverty.
According to the Anh Son Commune Youth Union, after handing over the model, union members and youth will continue to monitor, encourage, provide technical support and accompany households in the process of caring for and developing the cattle herd.
Through the program, Anh Son youth wishes to support difficult households to gradually stabilize their lives, develop the family economy and rise up to escape poverty sustainably.
