On April 24, 2026, Ho Chi Minh City just put into operation the Digital Citizen Station in Cityland Park Hills urban area (Go Vap ward), chaired by the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) and Ho Chi Minh City Police, in coordination with many units, including FPT Long Chau. This is the 5th station deployed in the first quarter of 2026 alone, within the roadmap to expand 100 stations throughout the city.
This model is a step to concretize Project 06 of the Government, promoting the application of VNeID to become a connection platform between the State, businesses and people. The station is located right in the residential area, integrating 6 groups of utilities from public administration, security, finance to digital health, helping people solve procedures, pay and look up information in just a few operations.
In which, digital healthcare is an important highlight with the participation of FPT Long Chau Pharmacy and Vaccination System - the unit operating healthcare facilities at the station. With the advantage of a wide network and technology platform, Long Chau contributes to bringing healthcare services closer to people.
At the station, people can check basic health indicators with smart devices, receive advice, buy medicine and access essential health services without having to travel far. In particular, the integration of electronic identification via VNeID helps ensure the principle of "right person, right prescription", improving safety and transparency in drug use.
Previously, FPT Long Chau was also one of the pioneers in applying population data to the system, creating a favorable platform for the deployment of digital healthcare. The participation of this business contributes to completing the public-private service ecosystem, aiming to bring essential services "to the feet" of people.
The coordination between management agencies and businesses shows a clear direction in digital transformation, not only simply reforming administrative procedures but also expanding access to health services, improving the quality of life for urban residents.
