On the morning of November 10, information from Dak Lak Power Company said that the unit had restored power to 337,573 customers out of a total of 392,285 customers who lost power due to storm No. 13, reaching a rate of 86.05%.
With high determination, the unit strives to restore power to all customers by the end of today.'
To date, there are still 24 incidents, incidents and power outages on the medium voltage transmission line that have not been restored. The electricity industry has completed the repair of 89 out of a total of 113 incidents.

The number of distribution transformer stations that are still without power is 708, mainly concentrated in the eastern area, accounting for 6.69% of the company's total number of transformer stations and 21.55% of the transformer stations in this area.
Currently, about 54,712 customers are still without power, equivalent to 5.78% of the company's total customers and 17.25% of customers in the eastern region.
Notably, up to this point, Dak Lak Power Company has completed the supply of electricity to 34/34 communes and wards in the central area of the province in the East.
With the determination to restore power to 100% of customers in this area, the company's employees are working tirelessly.
To ensure the power system can quickly resume operation, the company has mobilized a large number of employees and vehicles to participate in the repair.
Specifically, up to 974 people and more than 60 specialized vehicles, including cranes, trucks, lifting vehicles and means of transport, participated in the repair work.
Accordingly, Dak Lak Power Company has assigned 746 people, of which 350 people are on-site workers and 396 people are assigned from other units. In addition, the Central Power Service Company has also mobilized 67 people and support vehicles.
Khanh Hoa Power Company sent 111 people and other construction units and contractors to attend with 50 people.
All forces are making every effort to fix the problem and ensure power supply is restored to the people as soon as possible, but safety is given top priority.
