March comes, the blue shirt of youth is present throughout the villages in the highlands of Lao Cai. Without noise, the youth of the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center quietly contribute with specific actions, contributing to changing the face of rural areas.

In Coc San commune, youth union members actively clear bushes, clean village roads, and renovate campuses and water operation stations.
For them, it is not only a volunteer activity but also the responsibility of agricultural officials - those who understand the role of the environment and water sources for life and production.
In parallel with that, the youth of Agricultural Extension bring knowledge and livelihood models closer to the people.
In Ban Lau commune, more than 100 banana seedlings were handed over to people, along with technical instructions on planting, care and pest and disease prevention.
Training sessions on garden management, combined with bamboo rat farming, help people access new ways of doing things, gradually improving economic efficiency.

Not only stopping at supporting production, union members also actively participate in voluntary blood donation, spreading the spirit of sharing in the community. Each drop of blood given is a practical action, contributing to saving patients.
In the context of green development and climate change adaptation, young agricultural extension forces are affirming their pioneering role, both transferring techniques and changing people's perceptions.
The highland roads today are even greener and cleaner from those persistent contributions. And even though the Youth Month has closed, the journey of dedication of Lao Cai's youth for agricultural extension continues, silently nurturing a sustainable new rural area.
