On the morning of March 26, 2026, in the exciting atmosphere of celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Youth Union of Lao Cai ward, Lao Cai province coordinated with agencies and units in the area to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the "House of Compassion" for Mr. Ha Van Tia's family in Coc Lay residential group.

The program is implemented under the direction of the Party Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, showing the practical concern of the Party Committee and local authorities for households in difficult circumstances.

This is not only a social security activity of practical significance but also a typical project of the ward youth in this year's Youth Month.
The highlight of the program is the joint effort of many organizations, units and communities. Through the connecting role of the Ward Youth Union, socialized resources have been effectively mobilized.
In which, Vietcombank Lao Cai branch supported 50 million VND; the community "Turning Dreams into Reality", "Excellent Intellectuals" and Tam Nhu Son Company contributed 30 million VND; the Youth Union of the People's Council - People's Committee agency of the ward supported an additional 5 million VND and 2 tons of cement.

These figures not only show material value but also a clear proof of the spirit of sharing and responsibility to the community.
In particular, the "bridge" role of the Youth Union organization is clearly promoted when successfully connecting resources to support people in difficult circumstances to stabilize their lives.
On the groundbreaking day, amidst the sound of machinery and the bustling sound of shovels shoveling soil, the atmosphere of the Youth Month seemed to be "shaped" by specific and practical actions.
For Mr. Ha Van Tia's family, the new house is not only a place to shelter from rain and sun, but also a hope for a more stable life in the future.

The "House of Compassion" project is a vivid proof of the spirit of "Where youth is needed, youth is there, where it is difficult, youth is there".
Thereby, continuing to affirm the pioneering and voluntary role of youth in joining hands with local authorities to effectively implement social security work, contributing to consolidating the great national unity bloc.
From such specific and practical actions, the image of youth union members is increasingly spreading widely, becoming the core force in movements for the community, for a better life for local people.
