To celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), the Bat Xat Commune Youth Union in coordination with the Hope Lao Cai Club and Bat Xat Commune Police organized a series of activities to express gratitude to heroic martyrs and families of people with meritorious services to the revolution.
Opening the program, the delegation came to offer incense at Ban Qua Martyrs' Cemetery. In a solemn atmosphere, delegates, police officers and soldiers, youth union members and members of Hope Lao Cai Club respectfully commemorated the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Next, the delegation visited, encouraged and presented gifts to 11 families of wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and relatives of people with meritorious services in the commune.
At each family, the delegation cordially inquired about health and life, and at the same time expressed deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations in the cause of national liberation, construction and defense of the Fatherland.

The gifts given express the feelings and gratitude of youth to policy families, contributing to spreading the tradition of "Drinking water, remembering the source", "Gratitude".
Through activities, union members and youth are educated about patriotism, national pride and awareness of continuing revolutionary traditions, promoting the pioneering spirit and responsibility of youth towards the community.
