Hong Khanh plays in the film "Ba don't worry con" by director Hoang Nam, scheduled to be released on December 12, 2025.
In the film, Hong Khanh transforms into Linh - a close neighbor, always accompanying and sympathizing with Tien (played by Tran Tu - son of Meritorious Artist Tran Luc, once known through the show "Bo! Where should I go? play). The pure friendship gradually becomes love, depicting the image of dynamic, responsible and emotional Hanoian youth.
Sharing about her opportunity to go to cinema, Hong Khanh said she only auditioned for fun during the summer vacation and was "shocked three days" when she received the news. The first time she participated in the film, she was confused, having to learn how to express through her eyes, figure of speech, and voice. Thanks to the efforts and guidance from the crew, especially Meritorious Artist Tran Luc, the young actress gradually regained her confidence.
To meet the requirements of the role, Hong Khanh lost more than 10 kg, from 58 to 46 kg. She humorously said: "Every day I feel hungry during filming, I just hope director Hoang Nam will give me a delicious treat after filming." Acting with Tran Tu helps me feel less pressure because both of them are "hamper-handed" in filming for the first time and have many things in common.
As for Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, she appeared in the film as a guest star who had a great influence on the plot. The female artist said that she was initially quite worried when her daughter accepted the role, but then chose to stand behind to observe and encourage: "I told Khanh that, be yourself, sincere emotions will lead you to the character."
Director Hoang Nam revealed that the film "Ba don mai con" exploits the family affection and aspirations of young people in urban life, a journey to find empathy between generations. The film stars People's Artist Thanh Hoa, People's Artist Bui Bai Binh, People's Artist Tran Luc, Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, Quach Thu Phuong, Ha Huong, Tuan Hung, Nang Mo, promising to bring a touching, energetic story.
