The Miss Galaxy Vietnam 2026 (Miss Galaxy Vietnam 2026) contest has been officially announced, opening a journey to find typical representatives of the image of Vietnamese women in the context of strong technology development.
With the theme "Women of The Future - Women who build the future", the contest aims to redefine modern beauty standards. Accordingly, beauty is not only about appearance but also a combination of knowledge, bravery, adaptability and technological thinking.
This is considered a difference that helps the Miss Galaxy Vietnam 2026 contest create its own mark in the context of increasingly diverse beauty contests.
Not simply a contest, Miss Galaxy Vietnam 2026 is positioned as a project that intersects culture, intelligence and technology. Through this, the organizers expect to build a connection platform between contestants, businesses and technology fields, contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation in the community.
Representatives of the organizing committee said that the contest is implemented closely following the national digital transformation orientation. Therefore, in addition to criteria on appearance and performance skills, contestants also need to have basic knowledge of technology, the ability to use digital tools and creative thinking.
Throughout the competition journey, contestants will participate in many experiential activities such as applying technology to life, accessing artificial intelligence (AI) and improving digital skills.
Miss Galaxy Vietnam 2026 is organized by Daesung Vina Vietnam Joint Stock Company, implemented by SMT Development Investment Joint Stock Company. The Head of the Organizing Committee is Master Dam Huong Thuy, who has a lot of experience in organizing large-scale beauty contests. Accompanying in the role of Head of the Advisory Board is Dr. Dang Thi Bich Lien, former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
According to regulations, contestants must be Vietnamese female citizens aged 18 to 32, 1m60 tall or taller, high school graduates or equivalent, unmarried and unborn. The organizers also encourage candidates with a background in technology, digital skills, foreign languages and international integration spirit.
The rounds are designed according to a comprehensive development roadmap. In the preliminary round (from May 9 to June 6), 2026, contestants will participate in training courses on artificial intelligence, digital thinking, cybersecurity, and at the same time practice performance and communication skills.
The highlight of this round is the personal video production competition applying AI, showing creativity and technology exploitation. In parallel, charity activities with the theme "Technology for a better life" are also being implemented.
In the semi-final round (from August 8 to August 15, 2026), contestants will show their personal imprint through Future Costume performances and talent competitions. Before the final, contestants will continue to participate in a series of activities such as experiencing AR/VR technology, interacting with technology businesses, talk show "Future Women" and recording reality TV shows.
The final night is expected to take place in mid-August 2026 in Quang Ninh with technology costume, bikini, evening gown and Q&A performances revolving around social technology issues.
The judging panel gathers many prestigious faces, including historian Duong Trung Quoc in the role of special judge. The head of the judging panel is NSND Lan Huong, along with beauty queens and experts in many fields.
At the announcement, the Organizing Committee also for the first time introduced the Miss Galaxy Vietnam 2026 crown with a design inspired by technology, combining sophisticated and modern beauty.
With a new direction, Miss Galaxy Vietnam 2026 is expected not only to be a beauty contest but also a symbol for the generation of Vietnamese women in the digital age, where beauty, intelligence and technology create sustainable value.
