240 billion VND hospital built 8 years ago still not put into operation
The incident occurred at the Specialized Psychiatric Hospital in Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Phu Chanh ward, Tan Uyen city, former Binh Duong province). Recorded on March 21, this facility was abandoned. Inside the hospital, trees grew lushly. Two large buildings of the hospital were locked, lying silently. Many equipment inside the hospital was left for a long time, covered in dust.

Because it has been built for about 8 years but has not been put into use, this facility is seriously degraded. Moss walls are growing mottled, and fire protection equipment is also gradually deteriorating. Unused air conditioning systems have also deteriorated... The deserted, desolate scene of the newly built hospital facility worth hundreds of billions of VND makes people feel sorry.
