A highlight of the contest is the encouragement of spreading a beautiful image of the People's Police force with the spirit of "for the country, forgetting oneself, serving the people", while honoring ordinary individuals who contribute to maintaining social peace. Thereby, contributing to consolidating trust and cohesion between functional forces and people.
The competition takes place from March to September 2026 through three rounds, with a gala award ceremony expected to be held in Hanoi. In addition to the main awards, many sub-categories on creativity and expertise are also awarded to encourage serious investment.
