"Getting Married to Your Father" tells the story of Mr. Sau Sau Sau ( Meritorious Artist Huu Chau) - a gentle man from the West, owner of a karaoke bar, who is looking forward to his son Ut Tung (Truong Minh Thao) returning after working in Saigon. When he discovered that he was seriously ill, he determined to take care of his children's marriage to fulfill his promise to his late wife. But the story turned around when he discovered that Ut Tung had a big secret, leading to emotional father-son conflicts.
