Do Thi Thuy Trang was born in 2002 in Quang Ninh, graduated with a degree in Hotel Management from the University of Commerce. She currently works as a freelance photo model and pursues the arts.
Previously, Thuy Trang was named in the title of Miss Hanoi 2026. The beauty said that the title is a new milestone, and at the same time makes her more aware of her responsibility to her image.
I am very happy that my efforts are recognized. After that moment, I thought more about what I would do next to be worthy of the title. I want this to be a beautiful milestone, but more importantly, what I have done after having that title," Thuy Trang shared.
Before working in the arts, Thuy Trang used to be associated with sports. She won Gold Medals in shuttlecock kicking and Bronze Medals in swimming at provincial-level sports tournaments in Quang Ninh.
According to Thuy Trang, the training process helps her form discipline and perseverance. These lessons continue to be applied by her when entering the art environment.
I feel lucky because I have had experience with sports. Sports teach me that not always efforts immediately bring results. There are very tiring periods, there are failures, but you must know how to stand up and continue. When I entered art, I realized that lesson is still very necessary," she said.
The job of photo model helps Thuy Trang get acquainted with the lens, lighting, costumes and how to express emotions. However, she admits that the early days of doing art were quite stressful because many skills were still new.
Standing in front of the lens seems simple, but to have a natural moment, you need a lot of skills. I used to have times when I was not satisfied with myself, but instead of avoiding, I chose to observe, listen to feedback and practice more," Thuy Trang said.
The beauty aims for a feminine, elegant but proactive and modern image. She tries out many styles, from ao dai, conical hats to evening gown designs.
After the title of Miss Hanoi 2026, Thuy Trang plans to continue to develop in the arts, while also interested in business and building personal brands.
I see this title as a milestone to start a new journey. I am still young and have a lot to learn. What I want most is that later when people mention me, it is not just a girl who once had a crown, but a person who is serious about her work and creates positive values," Thuy Trang confided.
